Women Icon is all about the goodness of custom-made pieces to make you feel confident and share your style. But should something not feel quite right, we will make it be easy to gracefully return or trade.

 Return Eligibility

We willingly take-backs:

Items that are new condition- unworn, never washed and with tags left on them
Coming back to give you in less than 7 days of having ordered
Goods that are not labeled as Final-Sale or No-refunds

NB: Accessories, intimates, and bespoke items are exceptions on grounds of hygienic and individualisation.

A Return How to Initiate

All that one needs is to do the following:

WhatsApp us on (support@ladiesicon.com) or send us the order number, with your order items
Waiting confirmation and the instructions to send back

Custom pack your piece and send it back on time as indicated

Return costs will be charged when sending back, except on an incorrect or broken item on delivery.

Refund Process

As soon as we can receive your returned goods:

It will be reviewed within 3 5 business days
Sanctioned refunds shall be made to your first form of payment
After it is processed you will get email confirmation

It may take 5-7 business days to reflect on your bank depending on what bank you have.

Exchanges

Love the style, but not the size, or shade? We like to accommodate exchanges on eligible items, subject to availability. Inform us of your desired replacement through email and we are going to take care of the rest.

Non-Refundable Situations

We will not offer refunds in the following cases:

Products returned, handled, or contaminated by either the customer or employee There are also special requirements in other areas, such as custom designs.
Items that are on sale as Final Sale or more than 50 percent
